Refund/Cancellation Policy
You have the choice to cancel the reservation you booked with us up to 3 days prior to the first scheduled date of your move. If that happens, we will refund your deposit in full. However, we will require both verbal & written cancellation notices. To move forward with a refund/cancellation request, please, email your request and the reason for cancellation with the following information: full name on the Order for Service, your phone number with area code, origin/destination locations, and the scheduled date of your proposed move. Send your email to [email protected] and once done, call us to confirm receipt of your written notice. If you try and send any last-minute cancellations that are made less than 2 days prior to the move date, you will be forfeiting the deposit and you will NOT be refunded.
